Some deliverables produced under client engagements may incorporate outputs from AI tools. All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by DGTL team members before delivery. Client owns all final deliverables regardless of how they were produced.
While we implement quality controls on all AI-powered features, AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate outputs. DGTL is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI-generated recommendations without human review.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Before filing any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days following written notice of the dispute.
