Metrics reflect typical Enterprise Build engagements. Actual timelines, scope, and outcomes depend on the complexity of the legacy system, regulatory requirements, and organizational scale.
Your organization runs on software that was modern when it was built a decade ago. Today it's brittle, slow, and depends on a handful of people who still remember how it works.
Off-the-shelf ERP products don't fit. They're designed for generic workflows and require six months of customization before they handle your actual processes. Traditional consulting firms quote 12 to 24 months, multi-million-dollar budgets, and leave you with a platform you don't understand and can't extend without them.
The alternative is a custom platform designed around your operations, your regulatory requirements, and your team, built by people who understand both enterprise software and modern engineering. And when it's delivered, you own the code and your team knows how to maintain it.
Phase 1, Weeks 1 to 4
Detailed process mapping with functional leaders from each department. Technical audit of existing systems (databases, integrations, data quality). Architecture design: data model, API specification, integration strategy, and security posture. UX wireframes validated with key users. Infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline configured. The output is a signed-off blueprint with clear ownership and deadlines.
Phase 2, Weeks 5 to 12
Build practice delivers the core modules in two-week sprints. Each sprint produces working, tested software. Integrations with critical external systems (tax authorities, banking, procurement, identity providers) are validated early. Your team has continuous access to the development environment to provide feedback before anything is finalized.
Phase 3, Weeks 9 to 16
Supporting modules delivered in parallel with core development. ETL scripts extract, transform, and load historical data from legacy systems. Reconciliation procedures verify data integrity against authoritative sources. Security and audit module applied across the platform. No legacy data is left behind.
Phase 4, Weeks 17 to 20
Deployment to a pilot site running in parallel with the legacy system for at least 30 days. User acceptance testing with real operators using real data. Performance tuning, bug fixes, and UX adjustments based on real-world feedback. No big-bang cutover until the pilot is stable.
Phase 5, Weeks 21 to 26
Progressive rollout to remaining sites using standardized, containerized deployments. Training delivered to end users, administrators, and internal IT teams via video conference with recordings for future reference. Complete documentation, source code, and knowledge transfer sessions ensure your team can maintain, modify, and extend the system autonomously.
Every engagement includes a 6-month warranty for software defects, subject to MSA terms. Beyond that, we offer optional annual support retainers covering regulatory updates, security patches, and enhancement work. Because you own the source code, you can also choose to maintain the system entirely with your internal team.

Enterprise Build is designed for organizations that:
Enterprise Build is a fixed-scope engagement scoped during a discovery phase. Pricing depends on the number of modules, the complexity of legacy systems being replaced, the regulatory integrations required, and the number of deployment sites. Most engagements are scoped in the six figures, with longer or more complex programs scaling from there, with longer or more complex engagements scoped accordingly. Source code ownership and knowledge transfer are always included at no additional cost.
