Eight senior practices. One team.

DGTL is a technology consulting firm headquartered in Quito, Ecuador. We deliver engineering, AI, marketing, sales, data, security, design, and advisory as eight senior practices, staffed as a single team. Our clients are B2B companies, from early-stage startups to mid-sized teams scaling across the US, Latin America, and Europe. Every project ships as one team with one contract, not five vendors with six handoffs.

Why we built DGTL

01 / THE PROBLEM

Sergio Delgado spent ten years building software companies in Latin America. First as an engineer, then as a CTO, then as a founder. Every company he worked with had the same problem. To go from idea to traction you needed an engineer, a designer, a marketer, a security practitioner, and a strategist. But no startup could afford all five at once. So they hired a freelancer, then an agency, then a consultant, then another agency. And spent half their time managing handoffs between people who had never met.

The result was always the same. The product shipped late. The marketing didn't match the positioning. The security controls got bolted on the week the first enterprise prospect asked about SOC 2. And the data lived in six different tools that nobody trusted.

02 / THE FIX

DGTL was founded to fix that. Instead of building another single-practice agency that adds to the vendor-juggling problem, we built a cross-practice firm where engineering, AI, marketing, sales, data, security, design, and advisory work together from day one. One team. One Slack. One standup. One set of goals.

Today DGTL works with B2B companies at the stage where the cross-practice model pays off: early-stage teams building their first platform and mid-sized companies scaling across the US, Latin America, and Europe. The practices are the same, the depth is the same. The only thing that changes is the problem we're solving.

One team. One Slack. One standup. One set of goals.

03 / WHY QUITO

DGTL is headquartered in Quito, Ecuador, with delivery teams distributed across the Americas. Quito isn't a coincidence or a cost play. It's a deliberate strategic choice. We sit on UTC-5 every day of the year and never move the clocks, so we’re an hour or less from the US East Coast in either season and clients in New York, Toronto, Miami, and Mexico City get real-time collaboration during their working day. We operate natively in English and Spanish, which matters when your buyers, users, or regulators span the US, Europe, and Latin America. And our structure lets us invest in the kind of internal research, open-source work, and proprietary frameworks that traditional agencies can't afford to build.

Every engagement ends with capabilities you own. Documented code, trained team members, and playbooks you can run without us. We're here to build your company up, not to make you dependent on ours.

What drives us

We take our work seriously. Ourselves, not so much.

Ship fast, measure everything

We move quickly and validate with data. Every recommendation ties to a metric, if we can't measure it, we don't recommend it.

Results over reports

We care about outcomes, not slide decks. Our clients measure us by pipeline generated, features shipped, and deals closed, not hours logged.

Honest about what we don't know

Credibility over confidence. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you. If we don't have the answer yet, we'll find it before making a recommendation.

Cross-practice by default

Great products need engineering, design, growth, and security working together from day one. That's how we staff every project, not in silos.

Build capabilities, not dependency

Every engagement includes knowledge transfer. We document decisions, train your team, and when it's time, help you hire the permanent roles. The goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.

No jargon, no ego

We explain things clearly enough for anyone to understand. We'd rather be direct than impressive, and we'll never bill you for a meeting that could have been an email.

Eight senior practices. One team.

No siloed departments. Every practice connects to the others, so your product gets engineering, design, growth, and security from the same team that understands your business.

Why Quito.

Our headquarters sits on UTC-5 every day of the year, an hour or less from US Eastern in either season, dollarized, and one flight from New York or Miami. It's a working advantage, not a cost play.

UTC-5, every day of the year

Quito sits on UTC-5 and never changes clocks. That puts us on New York and Miami time from November to March, and exactly one hour behind them the rest of the year. Either way the working day is shared start to finish, and West Coast clients get a clean four-hour overlap.

Bilingual by default

We work natively in English and Spanish. When your buyers, users, or regulators span the US, Europe, and Latin America, one of those two languages is always in the room.

Senior talent pipeline

Ecuador's top engineering schools (Escuela Politécnica Nacional, USFQ, ESPOL) graduate hundreds of bilingual computer science specialists each year. Our bench is built from practitioners who trained there and shipped real products at LATAM, US, and European companies.

Dollarized economy

Ecuador's currency is the US dollar. Zero foreign exchange risk on US contracts. No procurement gymnastics for your finance team.

R&D reinvestment

Our structure lets us invest in internal research, open-source work, and proprietary frameworks like the DGTL Readiness Index. Your engagement funds the next thing we ship.

Global cultural fluency

We work with US, European, and Latin American buyers every week. Enterprise procurement, compliance questionnaires, and B2B sales cycles are familiar ground, not a translation exercise.
