How fast do you respond to new inquiries?
Within one business day. If your timezone aligns with US Eastern or Central, you usually hear back the same day. We don't route through an SDR queue. The first response comes from a practice lead.
What happens after I submit the form?
A practice lead reviews your submission and replies by email with either a 30-minute scoping call invite or a few clarifying questions. If the fit is clear, we can move to a paid Discovery engagement within the same week.
Do I need to sign an NDA before talking?
Not for the first conversation. For the second conversation or anytime you share sensitive technical details, we have a standard mutual NDA ready to sign. It usually clears your legal team in under a week.
Can we talk in Spanish?
Yes. Our team works natively in English and Spanish. Pick whichever is easier for your stakeholders and we'll run the conversation in that language.
